Change Request FAQ
Changes that need to be to made to the questionnaire and/or approval flow need to be done by the Lextegrity team. Depending on the type of change requested (updating the text of a question vs adding a new question to a questionnaire), some changes may be done more quickly while others may be tied to our production release cycle. Below is a detailed table with examples of change requests and the estimated turnaround time to complete these changes. To submit a change request please create a detailed support ticket through your support portal or by emailing us at support@lextegrity.com
Note: Requested changes outside of what is listed below may or may not be considered new feature or enhancement request and are not included in the scope of this FAQ.

Release Cycle Changes
Depending on the complexity, changes that align with a release cycle require 2-4 weeks' notice before a production release. This timeframe is necessary to allow for the following:
- Clarification of any requirement questions our team may have.
- Adequate time for our team to implement the changes, conduct testing, make any revisions, and retest.
- Time for your team to review and test the changes in the staging environment before the production release.
Note: While we strive to include all change requests within the current release cycle, requests submitted without sufficient notice may need to be deferred to the following release.
How often are production releases scheduled? Production releases occur approximately every six weeks. For the production release schedule, please refer to our Roadmap.
When is the cutoff for submitting changes before a production release? The cutoff for submitting changes is two weeks before the scheduled production release date. For more information, please refer to our Roadmap.
Once changes are released to stage for review, the changes will be released to production with the next release. Our team can address any issues with the functionality of the change prior to the release, however, we cannot revert it or hold back certain changes from going to production during the current release.
