            Accessing the Portal

            • To use the Customer Support Portal, you must be a named user with authorized access. If you do not have access yet, please contact your system administrator to be added as a named user. 
            • Portal URL: https://caseiq.my.site.com/caseiqsupport/s/ 

             

            Once your case has been triaged by the Support Team, it will appear under the "My Open Cases" section of the portal. This view allows you to monitor the status and progress of all cases you have submitted

             

             

            You can drill down into each case for more detailed information and updates.
