"Recipients must be assigned to one or more categories of support" error message
In order to submit a recipient for approval, at least one category of support must first be assigned. If no support is assigned, the following error message will be displayed:

Assigning A Support Category To A Recipient
If the user has already added a support category and a recipient, the support must be assigned to the relevant recipient(s).
First, click on the recipient Name.

The edit recipient modal will open. Click Next or click on the Support Categories tab.

From here, a user can assign a support category by selecting the Plus Sign Button ⊕ to the right of the support categories.
Note: Multiple support categories can be added to a single consultant.

Depending on your organization's configuration, the submitter may need to enter additonal information. If additional fields are required and need to be edited, click the Pencil Icon.

Once the required information has been entered, click the Green Checkmark to save the changes.

Click Save and Close. Now, the submitter should be able to submit the request without an error message.
