What do I do if a user is not assigned a manager or the wrong manager is assigned?
No Manager Assigned
If a manager or other approver is not populated for a user, it is most likely because they were not assigned a manager in the HR file provided by your organization. To check if this is the case, please create a support ticket through your support portal or by emailing us at support@lextegrity.com
If the user is missing a manager within the HR file, a new HR file that includes the correct information for that user is required to be provided by your organization. Please note: HR files are ingested into the system every Wednesday EOD.
Wrong Manager Assigned
If an incorrect manager is assigned to a user, the manager must be updated in the HR file. As a temporary solution, an admin with the Reassign Approver privilege can reassign the approver after the request is submitted.
