Change Request FAQ
Table of Contents
Changes that need to be to made to the questionnaire and/or approval flow need to be done by the Case IQ team. Depending on the type of change requested (updating the text of a question vs adding a new question to a questionnaire), some changes may be done more quickly while others may require a production release. Below is a detailed table with examples of change requests and the estimated turnaround time to complete these changes. To submit a change request please create a detailed support ticket through your support portal or by emailing us at support@lextegrity.com

Release Cycle Changes
Once a Change Request (CR) has been reviewed and approved, it is prioritized alongside other planned work and added to the development backlog.
Our goal is to deliver most Change Requests within approximately six weeks of approval. However, this timeframe is an estimate only and should not be considered a guaranteed delivery commitment. Actual delivery timelines may vary based on factors such as request complexity, competing business priorities, development capacity, testing requirements, and other operational considerations.
After development and testing have been completed, the change will be deployed to a Stage environment for customer validation. Following successful validation, the change will be scheduled for deployment to Production.
Change Requests are released independently of the platform release schedule. Production deployments for approved Change Requests are generally targeted every two weeks; however, release timing may vary based on readiness, testing outcomes, and operational considerations.
Please note that all delivery and release timelines are estimates and may be adjusted as needed.
