            The View All Requests tile allows users with the Compliance Monitoring—View All Requests / Reviews privilege to search for and view any review or Compliance Monitoring request in any status. 

            Users with additional privileges can also use View All Requests for the following:

            Reviews:

            • Cancel Review
            • Reassign Reviewers
            • Split Reviews

            Requests:

            • Reassign Submitters
            • Reassign Approvers
            • Cancel Requests
            • Delete Draft Requests

            Please note: The wording of tiles may vary based on your organization’s specifications. The instructions provided here are a general guideline and may not reflect the exact wording you see in your system.

             

            To access View All Requests, click Admin in the left navigation menu and then the View All Requests tile.  

            Next, click the Compliance Monitoring tab. 

            The Compliance Monitoring tab has two more tabs: one for Reviews and one specifically for Compliance Monitoring Requests. 

            Clicking on the column name at the top of the list will sort each column either ascending or descending. 

            Admins can search for a review by ID, Name, or Reviewer's first name or search for a request by Request ID, Submitter's first name, or Request Title. 

            Use the  <   >  buttons to move backward and forward through the pages of reviews/requests.

            To view a review or request in greater detail, click on the ID in the first column.
