            Admins with the Compliance Monitoring - Reassign Reviewers privilege and the Compliance Monitoring - View All Requests/Reviews privilege can reassign any review, in any status, to another user. 

            Note: The reviewer can be reassigned to any user in the system, even if that user doesn't have reviewer privileges.  

             

            First, click Admin from the left navigation menu.

            Next, click on the tile for View all Requests. 

            Click the tab for Compliance Monitoring.

            Once you have located the review that you need to reassign, users have two options: 

            Note: Only one review can be reassigned at a time, regardless of method.

            1. Click the Oval Icon containing three dots to the far right of the transaction ID. Select Reassign Reviewer. 
            2. Select the Checkbox next to the Review ID and click Reassign Reviewer from the action bar at the top of the table. 

            The Reassign Reviewer modal will open. Once the new reviewer has been assigned, click Confirm.

            Once a user clicks Confirm, the system will:

            • The reassigned review will appear in the selected user's review tab and be included in the email reminders. 
            • Add an action to the review history that shows the assigned review was changed, the comments added by the admin, and the name of the admin who reassigned the review.
