Submitter Summary Dashboard
The Submitter Summary Dashboard is used to track the following:
- Submitter Count by Submission Date
- Submitter Count by Activity Status
- Submitter Count by Activity Type
- Submitter Count by Party Type
- Submitter Count by Request Type
- Submitter Count by Submitter Country and Activity Type
- Submitter Count by Party Country and Activity Type
- Submitter Count by Transaction Country and Activity Type
- Submitter Count by Submitter Function and Activity Type
- Submitter Distribution by Avg. Request Value
- Submitter Distribution by Max Request Value
- Submitter Distribution by Request Value
- Submitter Distribution by No. of Requests
- Submitter Distribution by Number of Parties (All)
- Submitter Distribution by Number of Parties (Approved)
- Submitter Summary Metrics
- Submitter Listing
Clicking the Hamburger Icon in the top far left-hand corner of the dashboard will open additional filters that can be applied such as:
- Date
- Request
- Submitter
- Activity
- Party
- Actor
Note: All dashboards (except the Process Summary dashboard) use the same set of filters. If a filter is applied in one dashboard, it will be applied to all other dashboards (except the Process Summary dashboard).

Elements within the dashboard can also be used as filters. For example, selecting In Progress requests within the Submitter Count by Activity Status chart allows the user to filter the entire dashboard for only In Progress requests.
To set filter, click In Progress within the Submitter Count by Activity Status chart. This will filter the rest of the dashboard to only show requests with an In Progress request status.
Note: Click the same filter under In Progress again to clear the filter.

Hovering over the Info Icon in the top right-hand corner will display the last time Insights was updated.

Submitter Listing
There are two additional filters in the top right-hand corner of the Submitter Listing table.
| Filter Name | Description |
|---|---|
| View Activities? | Show/Hide detail at the activity level |
| Top x Submitters | For performance reasons, the Top x Submitters filter defaults to the top 1000 submitters. This number can be changed to any number that is needed; however, choosing a large number could cause the dashboard to perform poorly. (Note: To change the number, enter the number of submitters in the box, then hit Enter on your keyboard.) |

How do I export or download data from Reporting Insights?

Save or view custom views. For example, if you need to routinely filter the Transaction Country to only Canada, you can apply that filter on the dashboard and then click this button to save it as a custom view. Then, you can set it as your default view, so, whenever you load the saved view in the dashboard, it is filtered to Canada by default. If you create multiple custom views, use this button to cycle between them. Note: While Custom Views are a convenient way to save your filter and view settings for future use, they are not guaranteed to persist across future dashboard updates. We recommend using them as a helpful tool for short-term convenience rather than a permanent or critical workflow component. To ensure continuity, please consider documenting key filter selections to reference in the event that they need to be recreated. |
