TPM Program Metrics Dashboard
TPM Program Metrics Dashboard is used to track the following:
- Request Count
- Completed Requests
- Pending Requests
- Completed w/ Conditions
- Third-Party Count
- Volume
- Volume Over Time
- Volume by Status
- Third-Party Listing
Clicking the Hamburger Icon in the top far left-hand corner of the dashboard will open additional filters that can be applied such as:
- Date
- Request
- Submitter
- Activity
- Party
- Actor
Note: All dashboards (except the Process Summary) use the same set of filters. If a filter is applied in one dashboard, it will be applied to all other dashboards (except the Process Summary).

Elements within the dashboard can also be used as filters. For example, selecting Update Pending within the Volume by Status chart allows the user to filter the entire dashboard for only requests that are Update Pending.
To set filter, click Update Pending within the Volume by Status chart. This will filter the rest of the dashboard to only show requests that are Update Pending.
Note: Click the same filter under In Progress again to clear the filter.

An additional feature of the Third-Party Listing allows the user to click on a request ID. Once the pop-up box for the request appears, the user has the option to open the selected request in the system.

Clicking on the Risk Score or Request Value in the last two columns of the Third-Party Listing will display additional information about TPM Renewals and the Risk Score.

How do I export or download data from Reporting Insights?
Several icons are located at the bottom of each dashboard. See more information on these options and how they work in the chart below.

Save or view custom views. For example, if you need to routinely filter the Transaction Country to only Canada, you can apply that filter on the dashboard and then click this button to save it as a custom view. Then, you can set it as your default view, so, whenever you load the saved view in the dashboard, it is filtered to Canada by default. If you create multiple custom views, use this button to cycle between them. Note: While Custom Views are a convenient way to save your filter and view settings for future use, they are not guaranteed to persist across future dashboard updates. We recommend using them as a helpful tool for short-term convenience rather than a permanent or critical workflow component. To ensure continuity, please consider documenting key filter selections to reference in the event that they need to be recreated. |

Download the dashboard in a variety of formats. |

How Do I Export or Download Data From Reporting Insights?
To download data, select Download at the bottom of the dashboard.

Next, select Crosstab.

Depending on which dashboard you are viewing, there may be multiple options available to download data. Below is a table that maps the previous Export to the Crosstab to download.

Once you select the Crosstab data (for example, Approvals Listing), select CSV as a format.
