How Do I Access Insights for Screenings?

How Do I Access Insights for Screenings?

If you have the View Insights privilege, you will see the Insights link in the left navigation menu.

On the Insights page, click the Screening tile.

            The Screening tile in Insights.

Note: only the latest screening results are shown in the Screening dashboard. If party was previously screened, and no match selected, then the party is rescreened with new results, only the latest results are displayed.

            Screening Dashboard tracks:

            • Parties Screened
            • Ongoing Screening (Displays how many parties are currently part of Ongoing Screening)
            • Matched Profiles
            • Review Breakdown
            • Completed Searches (Count of all searches. For example,  if a party was screened in two separate requests, it counts as two searches.)
            • Search Result Countries
            • Search Result Categories
            • Screening Listing
            Screening Dashboard.

The Search Result Categories chart will have slight differences in the Category/Type filters, depending on whether your organization uses RDC or Refinitiv.

Refinitiv uses both type and category.

Type and Category will be grouped together in the Category filter and Search Results Categories chart.

            RDC only uses Type.

Type will be used in the Category filter and the Search Results Categories chart.

Click the Hamburger Icon in the top right of the dashboard to apply filters to the data.

            Filter menu button.

You can also use elements in the dashboard as filters. For example, you can click Matched Profiles to filter the entire dashboard. This means the charts on the dashboard will only display data on Matched Profiles.

Note: to clear the filter, click Match Profiles again.

            Filtering by Matched Profiles.

In the Screening Listing table, you can hover over the Blue Dot to see the request ID where the party was screened, the date, and who took action in a pop-up.

View screening history for a party in the Screening Listing table.

How do I export or download data from Reporting Insights?

Several icons are located at the bottom of each dashboard. See more information on these options and how they work in the chart below.

Options at the bottom of dashboards.

            Icon Description
            Undo the last action.
Redo the last change you removed with the undo button.
Reset the entire dashboard back to the default state.
Not currently used, as all data refreshes run on a schedule.
Pause updates to the dashboard. This is useful if there are a number of filters that you want to enter without the dashboard updating in between each.
When you pause update, the button changes to the resume button. Click the Resume button to apply any filters that were changed while updates were paused.
            Not currently used.
Save or view custom views.  For example, if you need to routinely filter the Transaction Country to only Canada, you can apply that filter on the dashboard and then click this button to save it as a custom view. Then, you can set it as your default view, so, whenever you load the saved view in the dashboard, it is filtered to Canada by default. If you create multiple custom views, use this button to cycle between them.

Note: While Custom Views are a convenient way to save your filter and view settings for future use, they are not guaranteed to persist across future dashboard updates. We recommend using them as a helpful tool for short-term convenience rather than a permanent or critical workflow component.
To ensure continuity, please consider documenting key filter selections to reference in the event that they need to be recreated.
Download the dashboard in a variety of formats.
Open the dashboard in Full Screen mode. Press Esc on your keyboard to exit full-screen mode.

How Do I Export or Download Data From Reporting Insights?

Depending on which dashboard you are viewing, there may be multiple options available to download data. Below is a table that maps the previous Export to the Crosstab to download.
