Full Name
Full name is a required field. When a new party is created within a request, the party is stored with a Full Name, rather than preferred name (below).
Preferred Name
Preferred name is optional and has to be input manually, if needed. Once the preferred name is input, the Full Name and Preferred Name are both searchable and both are displayed if the party is used within a request.

Home country of Party or Work Country of Employee.

Type is required and must be chosen from the dropdown menu. Options are as follows: Billing, Business, Contact, Home, Mailing, Other, Shipping. Multiple address can be added, if needed. The system will always take the last entered Business address as the party's primary address
