Approvals & Disclosures Insights - Overview

Insights is a comprehensive tool in the Gateway for Admins to see additional analytics and more specific metrics of data on requests, submitters, approvers, and more.
Note: the wording of tiles may vary depending on your organization’s specifications. The instructions below are intended as general guidelines only.
Insight Privileges
To access Insights, a user must have the following privilege:

| View Insights | Gives user access to Insights link to view Insights dashboards. |
How Do I Access Insights for Approvals & Disclosures?
If you have the View Insights privilege, you will see the Insights link in the left navigation menu.
On the Insights page, click the Approvals & Disclosures tile.
You can now click through the different dashboards using the tabs highlighted in the screenshot below.
