Outliers
The Outliers dashboard is designed to identify potential outlier recipients within the healthcare ecosystem based on selected criteria. Users can customize the criteria to focus on specific parameters such as payment amounts, frequency, or types of payments.
- Clicking the Info Icon will display additional information about the dashboard and which companies are set as Primary and Competitor 1-3.
- Clicking the Hamburger Icon at the top far right-hand corner of the dashboard will open additional filters that can be applied to the dashboard.

Clicking the Home button in the top left will return the user to the main Transparency Review landing page.

Use the Focus Company dropdown to easily switch the dashboard between Primary company and Competitor data.

Elements within the dashboard can also be used as filters.
For example, clicking on any bubble in the Outliers table filters the table for that company and recipient's information. Hovering over any bubble also shows additional information.
Note: To clear the filter, click the element again.

This button can be used to save or view custom view(s). As an example, if the user primarily needs Transaction Country to be filtered to only Canada, the user is able to apply that filter on the dashboard and then click this button to save it as a custom view. Then, the user can set that view to be their default view so that whenever they access the saved view within the dashboard, it is filtered to Canada by default. If a user creates multiple custom views, they can use this button to cycle between them. |
