With its focus on individual recipients, the Recipient Profile dashboard serves as a powerful tool for stakeholders to analyze and understand the financial relationships of specific recipients within the healthcare ecosystem, aiding in decision-making, compliance efforts, and strategic planning.

            • Clicking the Info Icon will display additional information about the dashboard and which companies are set as Primary and Competitor 1-3.
            • Clicking the Hamburger Icon at the top far right-hand corner of the dashboard will open additional filters that can be applied to the dashboard.

Clicking the Home button in the top left will return the user to the main Transparency Review landing page.

Use the Focus Company dropdown to easily switch the dashboard between Primary company and Competitor data.

Click on the Recipient Icon to quickly filter the entire dashboard to only show the desired recipient.

Elements within the dashboard can also be used as filters.

For example, clicking on 2023  (or any other year) within the Year graph allows the user to filter the entire dashboard for information from 2023 only.

Note: To clear the filter, click the element again.

How do I export or download data from the Transparency Review Dashboards?

Several icons are located at the bottom of each dashboard. The chart below provides more information on these icons and how they work.

            Icon Description
Undo the last action that was taken.
Redo the last change that was undone by clicking the undo button.
Reset View sets the entire dashboard back to the default state.
This is not utilized currently, as all data refreshes are run on a schedule.
Pause updates to the dashboard. Useful if there are a number of filters that a user wants to enter without the dashboard updating in between each.
The pause button changes to the resume button once clicked.  Click the Resume button to apply any filters that were changed while updates were paused.
Accelerate button is not currently utilized.
This button can be used to save or view custom view(s).  As an example, if the user primarily needs Transaction Country to be filtered to only Canada, the user is able to apply that filter on the dashboard and then click this button to save it as a custom view.  Then, the user can set that view to be their default view so that whenever they access the saved view within the dashboard, it is filtered to Canada by default.  If a user creates multiple custom views, they can use this button to cycle between them.
Download the dashboard in a variety of formats.
Open the dashboard into Full Screen mode. Press Esc to exit full-screen mode.

How do I export or download data from the Transparency Report?

To download data, click the Download Icon at the bottom of the selected dashboard.

            Next, select the download format.

To download data into a spreadsheet, select CrossTab. Then, depending on which information you would like to export, select the corresponding Sheet. Select .csv format and click Download.
