            When a recipient is added to a request, our system always pulls the latest MDM provider information from either Reltio or Veeva (depending on which MDM provider your organization is using). 

            If the address for a recipient is incorrect, the address must be corrected in Reltio or Veeva rather than master data. If the address is updated in master data and not within Veeva or Reltio, the next time the HCP is used in a request the addresses will be overwritten with whatever comes from the MDM provider. 

            After the address is corrected with the MDM provider, and once the recipient is readded the the request and submitted (or the next time the recipient is used in a request and submitted) the system will query the new address and update master data with the updated information.
