When a new master data record is created or an existing record is edited, the action is tracked in the record's history.

Note: Master Data history will only track actions taken after this feature was released (October 2024). Any parties created prior to the feature being released will show that they were created by  “System User.”

To view the record's history, click the Clock icon in the upper right corner of the master data profile.

            New Parties

If a new profile is created within a request, the action will be tracked with the request ID.

If a new party is created in master data, the action will be tracked as being created by a master data admin.

            Updates to a Party

When an existing profile is updated in a request the action is tracked with the request ID.

When an existing profile is updated in the master data, the action is tracked, including the name of the person who made the change.

            Printing

To print the request history, click the Printer icon in the top right corner.
