Use Case

MDM Integration allows Life Sciences users to access their companies centralized list of HCP data which is clean, de-duplicated, and has all related information regarding a HCP ( e.g. Address, Licenses, etc.)
Once integrated, recipient search results returned from within the Lextegrity system come directly from the customer's chosen MDM provider.

Lextegrity integrates with Veeva or Reltio (IQVIA). The integration requires customers to provide Lextegrity with API credentials (DNS, Username and Password) which can be obtained from the relevant MDM provider.
The API must be configured for global use in order to add HCPs from across the globe.
For Veeva integration, status attribute that can be used to filter entities by status. Supported values include:
- A – Active
- C – Closed
- D – Deceased
- I – Inactive
- R – Retired
- U – Unknown
- X – Unknown License
By default, the Veeva integration will include A (Active) and R (Retired) statuses. However, additional Veeva statuses can be enabled based on a customer’s specific requirements.

Lextegrity can only integrate with one instance of Veeva or Reltio per customer.
Lextegrity does not support integrations with any other MDM provider.
We only integrate using the Veeva or Reltio APIs and do not write or send any data back to Veeva or Reltio.
FMV rates for HCPs are stored in Lextegrity’s database. In case of Veeva or Reltio integration, a HCP's Lextegrity profile is mapped to a consultant's Veeva or Reltio profile using the Veeva or Reltio ID.
The integration with these external MDM providers only retrieves HCP data, it is not possible to obtain organization (HCO) data.
