Admin Functionality to Cancel Reviews

            Admins with the Compliance Monitoring - View All Requests/Reviews privilege and the Compliance Monitoring - Admin Cancel Reviews privilege can cancel a review in any status except Canceled and Merged.

            Note: Assigned Reviewers can return any canceled review back to In Review through the Monitoring Review page. 

             

             First, click Admin from the left navigation menu.

            Next, click on the tile for View all Requests. 

            Click the tab for Compliance Monitoring.

            Once you have located the review that you need to cancel, users have two options: 

            Note: Only one review can be canceled at a time, regardless of the method used.

            1. Click the Oval Icon containing three dots to the far right of the transaction ID. Select Cancel Review. 

            2. Select the Checkbox next to the Review ID and click Cancel from the action bar at the top of the table. 

            The Cancel Review modal will open. Comments are required to cancel the review, then click Confirm.

            Once Confirm is clicked, the system will: 

            • Move the review to Canceled status. 
            • Remove the canceled review from the reviewer's assigned reviews, the reviewer's action items table, and email reminders.
            • Add an action to the review history that shows the review was canceled, the comments added by the admin, and the name of the admin who canceled the request.
