There are two ways that a user can save a request as a Draft.

The first way is to click on Back in the very top left-hand corner of the request.

A pop-up box will open. The submitter has the option to Exit without Saving, Continue Editing, or Save as Draft.

Clicking Save as Draft will return the user to the Approvals & Discloses landing page. The saved request will be show in the Submissions tab under Recent Approval & Disclosure Activity. The request status will be shown as Draft.

The second way to save a request is by clicking the Oval Icon containing three dots in the top right-hand corner of the request. By selecting Save Changes, the system will save the request as a Draft, however, in this case, the user will not be exited from the request.

To delete a request, click the Oval Icon containing three dots in the top right-hand corner of the request. Click, Delete Request.

Note: Only requests in New and Draft status can be deleted.

A Delete Request pop-up box will open. Click Confirm to delete the request.

Note: Deleted requests are still shown in View All Requests with a Deleted status. The purpose of this is to provide increased access to information contained in the system for users who are charged with oversight responsibilities.
