Scored transactions in the Transaction Inbox are either Unassigned or Assigned:
Status
Description
By default, all newly scored transactions are Unassigned.
If it has been determined that a transaction needs review, the status will change from Unassigned to Assigned once it's added to at least one review.
Review Status & Resolution
After a transaction is Assigned, it enters the Review Workflow. When a reviewer takes action on the review, the following statuses and resolutions are possible:
Status & Resolutions
Description
Once a transaction is assigned to a reviewer, the default status is In Review.
Reviewer determines if the transaction(s) requires additional remediation or not.
If a completed or canceled review is reopened, the status will change from Canceled to In Review.
If the reviewer determines that the review requires remediation and takes action by selecting Issue: Remediation, the status will change to In Remediation.
If the review has already gone through remediation and the reviewer takes action by selecting Reopen Remediation, the status will change from Remediation Ready for Review to In Remediation.
If the reviewer determines that the remediation is complete and takes action by selecting Issue: Remediation Complete, the status will change to Remediation Ready for Review.
From this status, the reviewer can determine if no further remediation is needed and move the review to one of the completed statuses listed below, or the reviewer can determine if additional remediation is needed and move the review back to In Remediation.
If the reviewer takes action by selecting No Issue, the status will change from In Review to Completed with No Issue as the resolution.
Completed reviews can be reopened and put back to In Review status at any time.
If the reviewer takes action by selecting Issue: No Remediation, the status will change from In Review to Completed with Issue & No Remediation as the resolution.
If the review is in Remediation Ready for Review status and the reviewer takes action by selecting Issue: Remediation Complete, the status will change from Remediation Ready for Review to Completed with Issue & Remediation Completed as the resolution.
Completed reviews can be reopened and put back to In Review status at any time.
Canceling a review implies the review was created by mistake and is no longer needed.
If the review has any status (other than canceled or merged) and the reviewer takes action by selecting Cancel, the status will change to Canceled. Note: All canceled reviews can be reopened.
