            Table of Contents

            Columns Sort Rows

The Aggregate View provides users with a comprehensive summary of transaction data based on specific categories. This article will guide you through how to access and use this feature.

From the Transaction Inbox screen, click the Aggregate button located above the table between Configure and Export.

The Aggregate View modal will open.

The data shown in the aggregate table is pulled directly from the transactions currently visible in the Transaction Inbox. Each row aggregates values for the category selected from the dropdown in the top left corner. For example, if you choose Subject Name, the table displays the summarized information for each subject in the transactions, like the total amount and average risk score for "Williams, Price and Jimenez."

Click the Filter icon to filter the table on the Transaction Inbox screen to only the transactions for that subject. In the example below, the Aggregate View is filtered by Subject County.

Click on the Filter icon to the left of Portugal.

The Transaction Inbox table will only display the transactions aggregated to Portugal as the Subject Country.

The Aggregate View table can be sorted up or down by either Avg Risk Score or Amount USD by clicking the Arrow icon at the top of the column.  To add addiotnal columns that can be sorted, see below in the section for Sort.

The default setting for rows displayed per page is 25. Users can choose from the following options for rows per page: 10, 25, 50, 75, or 100.

The Configure icon within the Aggregate View modal allows for further customization.

Clicking this icon opens additional controls where users can manage which columns are visible in the table.

            Columns

The Columns tab allows users to enable or disable and reorder specific columns within the Aggregate View modal.

How to Set Default Column Settings

By clicking and dragging a column name up or down, users can change the order of the columns displayed.

For example, click on Avg Risk Score.

Drag it from the second position in the list to the first position. Click Save.

Risk Score will now be the first column in the Aggregate View modal.

By changing the toggle to Left Fixed or Right Fixed, the system will fix that column either left or right so that it is displayed even when the Aggregate View table is scrolled horizontally.

For example, set the first column named Risk Score to Left fixed and click Save.

Within the Aggregate View table, the Risk Score column will stay fixed to the left, even when scrolling horizonally.

To add/remove a column from the Transaction Inbox entirely, change the Enabled toggle to off or on and click Save.

            Sort

The Sort tab allows users to set their preferred sorting values for columns within the Aggregate View modal.

How to Set Default Sorting Settings

To set your preferred sorting value for columns, choose either Asc (Ascending) or Desc (Descending).

Click Save. The saved rows will be sorted in the preferred direction whenever the user logs in.

Note: Even after setting the default sorting preference, users can still sort the column in another direction anytime by clicking the Column Title in the Aggregate View modal. If the sorting is changed from the column title, the system will revert to the chosen default the next time the user logs in.

To add or remove additional columns, click the Plus or Minus signs to the right of the last Column Name. Then, select the name of the column from the dropdown list.

            Rows

Users can select how many rows (transactions) per page are displayed by default.

How to Set Default Row Settings

Select the preferred number from the dropdown list, then click Save.

Note: Even after setting the default preference, users can still change the number by clicking the Row Setting icon in the Aggregate View modal. If the sorting is changed from the modal, the system will revert to the chosen default the next time the user logs in.
