            When a User sends a Third-Party Due Diligence Questionnaire to complete, the system sends an auto-generated email to the Third-Party. The email will be sent to the Third-Party's email provided by the submitter within the request.

            Note: The initial email sent to a third party will be in English. Once they have logged in and set their default language, emails will be sent in the user's preferred language. 

            The email will direct the Third-Party to a login link. Next, the steps for the Third-Party to login are as follows:

            1. Click the link in the email. 
            2. From the login page, click "Forgot Your Password.”
            3. Enter your email address. 
            4. The system will send a verification code to the email address that has been entered.
            5. Enter the verification code and new password. Click Change Password.

             

             

            The Third-Party will now be able to login to the system and complete the Due Diligence Questionnaire using their email address and the new password they have chosen.
