When approving an engagement request that includes a service fee or FMV exception there are additional checks in place that may be triggered.

Note: These flags are ONLY triggered on support categories where an FMV rate is used, such as Service Fee. If a submitter overwrites the total support amount to a higher rate on a category without FMV, such as meal, the flag will not be triggered.

            "Greater than auto-calculated amount" flag:

The recipient table will display an Exclamation Point next to the recipient's amount to indicate that the total amount of support was overwritten by the submitter. When the approver hovers over the exclamation point, additional information is displayed.

This flag is only displayed if the overwritten amount is higher than that auto-calculated amount:

            “FMV Exception Rate” flag:

The recipient table will display an Exclamation Point next to the recipient's amount to indicate an FMV Exception Rate was entered for the recipient. When the approver hovers over the exclamation point, additional information is displayed.

If the revised FMV rate is lower than the original FMV rate the following text will be displayed:

If the revised FMV rate is higher than the original FMV rate the following text will be displayed:

If the submitter submits an FMV Exception and overwrites the total amount support the following text is displayed:
