| Description | Identifies recipients who might be on a public watchlist, detected in a variety of ways, including name, address, and name & address combined. The following watchlists are utilized: US Dept of Treasury - Specially Designated Nationals List, US Dept of Treasury - Consolidated Sanctions List, and U.S. General Services Administration - SAM Exclusions Listing. |
