            Use Case:

Organizations must ensure compliance with regulations aimed at preventing illegal activities, such as money laundering, fraud, or sanctions violations. Monitoring expense attendees for potential matches on public watchlists is critical to mitigating risk.

The Attendee Watchlist Check analytic helps organizations identify expense attendees who may be on public watchlists by comparing attendee details—such as name, company, and address—against lists like the US Department of Treasury's Specially Designated Nationals List, the Consolidated Sanctions List, and the US General Services Administration's SAM Exclusions Listing. This analytic flags transactions with a high match confidence score, enabling organizations to quickly identify and address potential compliance issues.

            Description

Expense attendees who might be on a public watchlist can be identified in various ways, including name, company, address, and name and address combined.

            The following watchlists are utilized:

            • US Department of Treasury's Specially Designated Nationals List
            • US Department of Treasury's Consolidated Sanctions List
            • US General Services Administration's SAM Exclusions Listing
            Domain(s) Employee
            Analysis Type Flag
            Focus Area Third-Party Risk
Score Methodology Matches scored in relation to the match confidence score (0 to 100). It is suggested that the values be kept greater than 90, whereas anything below 80 is considered a poor match.
