Approver Confirmation Modal

The approver confirmation modal is the pop-up box that comes up once an approver clicks to either approve, reject, or request additonal information on a request.
Customers have the option to add different text to the approver confirmation modal by request type, approver steps, and/or by specific approver actions.
Use Case
- In certain situations, customers may want the approver to attest to different things when they are approving a request. For example, a manager on a Conflict of Interest disclosure may not be confirming that Conflict disclosed by an employee is an actual conflict or not, but may only be providing their feedback on the conflict. An Approver from Privacy Group may attest that the engagement does not possess any privacy concern.
Request Type
The text in the Approver Confirmation Modal can be edited to be different for each request type.
For example, the approver modal of Consultant Engagement requests can have different text from External Funding, Political Contributions, Third-Party Engagements and so on.
Approver Steps
The text within the Approver Confirmation Modal can be edited for each approver step configured in your organization's Approver Flow.
For example, the approver modal for a manager approver step can have one set of text for approval action and an HR manager step can have different text for their approval action for the same request type. Approver Steps for your Organization are further explained in Approver Flow.
Changes can also be made to be specific by approver action and request type. For example, a rejection action for a Manager approver step can have different text from a rejection action for an HR Manager approver step or Compliance approver step.
Additionally, the text can be configured by both Request Type and Approver Step. For example, a Manager approver who is approving a Conflict of Interest request can have different text than a Manager approver who is approving an Engage request.
Approver Actions
The text within the Approver Confirmation Modal can be edited for each action a user a user can take on a request.
For example, the approver modal for Approve action can have different text than Reject action. Text can also be configured also be made to be specific by approver action and request type. For example, a rejection action for a Manager approver step can have different text from a rejection action for an HR Manager approver step or Compliance approver step.
