Note: The system will not re-evaluate the expiration date if it has been previously changed manually. Only auto-calculated expiration dates are subject to the scenarios below.

Click here for more information regarding Third-Party Renewals and Adjusting the Expiration Date.

The system will automatically re-evaluate the expiration date of an engagement in the following scenarios:

            • The Risk Score is manually adjusted
            • The Risk Score changes based on the answers in the Due Diligence Questionnaire (DDQ)
              • The DDQ is submitted
              • The DDQ is updated
              • The DDQ is canceled
            • The Risk Score changes based on the answers in the Business Rationale Questionnaire (BRQ)

Additionally, anytime that a fully-approved engagement is updated and resubmitted, the system will re-evaluate and recalculate the expiration date based on the new approval date.

            Request History

            • If the system automatically changes the expiration date, the action will be recorded in the Request History.
            • If the system re-evaluates the expiration date, but not change is made, the action will not be recorded in the Request History.
