Re-evaluate Expiration Date if Risk Score Changes
Note: The system will not re-evaluate the expiration date if it has been previously changed manually. Only auto-calculated expiration dates are subject to the scenarios below.
Click here for more information regarding Third-Party Renewals and Adjusting the Expiration Date.
The system will automatically re-evaluate the expiration date of an engagement in the following scenarios:
- The Risk Score is manually adjusted
- The Risk Score changes based on the answers in the Due Diligence Questionnaire (DDQ)
- The DDQ is submitted
- The DDQ is updated
- The DDQ is canceled
- The Risk Score changes based on the answers in the Business Rationale Questionnaire (BRQ)
Additionally, anytime that a fully-approved engagement is updated and resubmitted, the system will re-evaluate and recalculate the expiration date based on the new approval date.
Request History
- If the system automatically changes the expiration date, the action will be recorded in the Request History.
- If the system re-evaluates the expiration date, but not change is made, the action will not be recorded in the Request History.
