Info Icons
Use Case
By adding Info Icons to a question, support category button, or add recipient button, users are able to easily access detailed assistance about a particular question or aspect of the request.
Text Box
When a user clicks on an Info Icon a popup box will open. Customers can choose which questions to add info icons and Where the Icons are placed and the text in the pop-up box. Customer's can add their own text or, in some cases, we may have suggested text to use.
- Is there a character limit to the text? No.
- Can hyperlinks be added? Yes.
- Can words be bolded, highlighted, or in a different color? Formatting available: Bold, italics, underline, and bullet points. We cannot add images, change color, highlight or change the font or size of the text.
In the example below, the user clicked the Info Icon and the pop-up box was displayed.

Questionnaire
Info Icons can be added to any question within a questionnaire. Info icons are always added towards the end of the sentence.


Support Categories/Recipients
Info Icons can also be added next to Support Categories or the Add Recipient/Consultant section of a multi-recipient request.
