How do I send a login link to a third-party contact?

            Didn't get the verification code email?

            If a third-party contact hasn't received an email to login and complete a DDQ, as an alternative, you can provide the same link that your organization uses to login. 

            The URL should look similar to this (with your organization name): https://yourcompanyname.com/due-diligence/third-party

            Integrity Gateway Log In page.

            From that link, you can use the following instructions to instruct the third-party contact to login:

            1. Click the link in the email. 
            2. From the login page, click Forgot your password?.
            3. Enter your email address. 
            4. The system will send a verification code to the email address that has been entered.
            5. Enter the verification code and new password. Click Change Password.
            Reset your password page.

            Didn't get the verification code email?

            If the third-party contact has not received their verification code email:

            1. Ask the third-party contact to check their spam folder.
            2. If the verification code email is not in spam, contact their IT team to make sure they are not blocking emails from Lextegrity.
            3. If emails are not blocked from Lextegrity and they are still not receiving their verification code email in their inbox or spam folders, please contact us at support@lextegrity.com.
