How do I send a login link to a third-party contact?

If a third-party contact hasn't received an email to login and complete a DDQ, as an alternative, you can provide the same link that your organization uses to login.
The URL should look similar to this (with your organization name): https://yourcompanyname.com/due-diligence/third-party

From that link, you can use the following instructions to instruct the third-party contact to login:
- Click the link in the email.
- From the login page, click Forgot your password?.
- Enter your email address.
- The system will send a verification code to the email address that has been entered.
- Enter the verification code and new password. Click Change Password.

Didn't get the verification code email?
If the third-party contact has not received their verification code email:
- Ask the third-party contact to check their spam folder.
- If the verification code email is not in spam, contact their IT team to make sure they are not blocking emails from Lextegrity.
- If emails are not blocked from Lextegrity and they are still not receiving their verification code email in their inbox or spam folders, please contact us at support@lextegrity.com.
