Can I print all elements and questionnaires within a request at the same time?
Yes. To print the entire request at once, click the Printer Icon next to the Request ID.

Admins with the View All Requests Privilege can also print requests by going to Admin → View All Requests and clicking the Kebab menu to the far right of the request ID.

For both printing methods, the system will display a message at the top of the window that the .pdf is being generated.

An email containing a .pdf file attachment will be emailed to the user.

Depending on the request type, other elements contained in the new download may include the following*:
- Request Description: Request ID, Created Date, Current Status
- Submitter Details
- Editor Collaborator Details
- Activity Details
- Support Category Details
- Recipient Information for each individual and their assigned support categories
- Aggregate Analysis
- List of attached files
- Screening Results
- List of associated tasks
- Complete Request History
- Due Diligence Questionnaires (TPM)
- Enhanced Due Diligence (TPM
- Engagement Risk Score & Risk Level (TPM)

*Note: Only elements that the user has access to will be included. For example, if the user cannot access screening, then screening results will not be included in the .pdf.
Anyone who can view the request can print it. This includes Admins with View all Requests Privilege, the Submitter, the Approver(s) of the request, and any collaborators.
Can I still print individual request elements?
Currently, only the following sections can be printed separately.
- Individual Task Details, & Task History
- Screened individual results.
