            FMV Exception

The FMV Exception feature provides functionality in the application where users have the ability to submit a one-time FMV Rate exception without disrupting the request flow.

Note: FMV Exception is based on tenant configuration during onboarding. Depending on your organization's specifications this feature may or may not be available.

In certain circumstances, an HCP may have different service rate than their normal rates for a particular engagement.

To add an FMV Exception rate to your Engage a Consultant request, you must first click Add Consultant and select an HCP type from the dropdown list.

After all of the Contact Details have been added, click the Next or the Support Categories tab.

Click the Plus Sign to add the Service Fee support category.

Next, click the Pencil Icon to edit the Service Fee.

Select Yes to the question: “Are you Seeking a one-time exception to the FMV Rate Per Hour for this Request?” Next, enter the Requested Hourly Rate and your Rationale for the Exception.

After completing all the service fee and support category edits, click the Green Checkmark.

To save the recipient, click Save and Close.
