Background Request Creation
Table of Contents
All requests are now created asynchronously, allowing multiple users across single-tenant and multi-tenant environments to initiate new requests at the same time, without delays or system instability. When you initiate creating a request, you will see the “Creating Request” pop-up, which shows the system’s progress in creating the request. You cannot close this pop-up. If the system creates the request in under 30 seconds, you will be automatically redirected to the Request Preview page.
If you created a new Campaign request, it will be added to the Action Items table. For non-Campaign requests, if you navigate away from the Processing pop-up before the request is finished being created, the request may still be created, and you will receive an email notification. If you no longer need the request, you can ignore the notification and choose not to fill in the request details. The request will not appear in your Submissions table unless you save it as a draft.
If Request Creation is not Completed in 30 Seconds…
You will see the "Request Creation Started" pop-up and the system will continue to process the request in the background. Click OK on this pop-up to be redirected to the Gateway, so you can continue with other tasks.

You will receive an email notification when the request has been successfully created, see an example in the screenshot below. Processing time may vary based on system load, data volume, and number of campaigns or configurations included in the request. Request creation may take up to 2 hours. We are continuously optimizing the system to make this process faster.
