DDQs can be canceled if the BRQ is either Awaiting Approval or Approved. All DDQs in New, In Progress, or Completed status can be canceled by following the instructions below.

Note: Only approvers assigned to the request can cancel a sent DDQ.

To cancel a sent DDQ, click on the Oval Icon to the right of the Due Diligence Questionnaires section. Select Cancel from the dropdown.

Next, a Cancel DDQ pop-up box will open. After required comments are provided, the user can click Confirm to cancel the DDQ.

By clicking Confirm, the system will:

            • Permanently block the Third-Party contact from editing or submitting this questionnaire. (Note: the questionnaire will remain visible within the request and for the Third-Party contact in read-only format.)
            • Send an email notification to the Third-Party contact that the DDQ is canceled.
            • Add the Approver Action to the request history to show who canceled the DDQ and when.
