Transaction Inbox Settings
The Transaction Inbox displays transactions with a Risk Score and/or AI Confidence equal to or greater than the thresholds configured. Transactions Inbox Settings is where your administrator can configure the various settings, including these thresholds.
How to Access Transaction Inbox Settings
To access Transaction Inbox Settings, click Admin in the left navigation bar and then the Risk Settings tile.

Next, click the Transaction Inbox Settings tile.

Within the Transactions Inbox Settings, there are three tabs: Current Thresholds, Retrospective Thresholds, & Risk Score Learning.

Current Thresholds
Current Thresholds allow you to set your organization's desired Risk Score threshold by domain. Any transaction equal to or greater than the set Risk Score will be flagged in the Transaction Inbox.
Users can set a separate Risk Score threshold for each domain.
Note: Changes to these thresholds only affect newly reviewed transactions.
First, click on the dropdown box to the right of the screen to select the domain you wish to set.

Next, type the desired Risk Score or move the slider to change the threshold.

AND/OR Selector
By selecting AND, the system will consider both the set Risk Score threshold and the AI Confidence Score when flagging transactions. By selecting OR, the system will flag a transaction if the Risk Score or the AI confidence meets the threshold.
For example, if the Risk Score is set to 4 AND the AI confidence is set to 40%, a transaction must meet or exceed both criteria to be flagged.

However, if the system is set to a Risk Score of 4 OR AI Confidence of 40%, a transaction will be flagged if it meets or exceeds at least one of those criteria.

Comments should be left to explain why the thresholds are being changed. Comments are not required but are highly recommended. Click Save Changes to complete the update.

Once changes to the Risk Thresholds are made, comments and user name are saved to Settings History.
Retrospective Adjustments
The Retrospective Adjustment page allows users to retroactively change the Risk Score and AI Confidence thresholds for past transactions, as opposed to the Current Threshold tab which allows users to update the Risk Score going forward.
Note: Changing the retrospective adjustments does not rescore transactions. This setting only affects which transactions are shown in the Transaction Inbox.
First, click on the dropdown box to the right of the screen to select the domain you wish to set.

Raising the threshold values may result in unassigned transactions being removed from the default view for the Transaction Inbox, while lowering the threshold values may result in transactions being added to the default view for the Transaction Inbox.
For example, the current Risk Score threshold is set to 3.5, and the AI Confidence threshold is set to 40%, but a reviewer wants to review lower-scored transactions for the past month. The user can adjust the Risk Score here to a lower threshold and move the Risk Review date back one month.
By doing so, all unassigned transactions that scored equal to or greater than a 3 for the past month will now be included in the Transaction Inbox.
AND/OR Selector
By selecting and, the system will consider both the set Risk Score threshold and the AI Confidence Score when flagging transactions. By selecting or, the system will flag a transaction if the Risk Score or the AI confidence meets the threshold.
For example, if the Risk Score is set to 4 AND the AI confidence is set to 40%, a transaction must meet both criteria to be seen in the default view of the Transaction Inbox.

However, if the system is set to a Risk Score of 4 OR AI Confidence of 40%, a transaction will be shown in the default view of the Transaction Inbox if it only meets one of those criteria.

The user can leave comments explaining why they are retroactively changing the threshold. Click Save Changes to complete the update.

Once changes to a Risk Analysis are made, comments and user information are saved to Settings History.
Risk Score Learning
What is Risk Score learning?
Risk Learning is an innovative feature that employs machine learning to enhance the application's ability to identify potentially risky transactions. It analyzes transactional and subject data and outcomes from our risk analytics to continuously improve its predictive accuracy.
This dynamic feature generates an AI Confidence Score for each transaction, expressed as a percentage, representing the model's confidence in the need for review due to potential risks. This capability not only provides a new data point but also increases operational efficiency by helping users make more informed decisions.
When enabled, an AI Confidence Score is generated and shown as a percentage that reflects the likelihood a transaction may pose risks and require further review. This feature harnesses our latest machine learning advancements to provide proactive risk assessments.
Note: Disabling it will remove the AI Confidence Score from the user interface.
Switch the toggle from right to left to enable/disable Risk Score Learning.

The user can leave comments explaining why they are enabling or disabling Risk Score Learning. Click Save Changes to complete the update.

Once any change is made, comments and user information are saved to Settings History.
