            Privilege Name Description
            Adjust engagement risk score Gives the user the capability to view and adjust the risk score assigned to a Third-Party engagement.
            Adjust expiration date Gives approver ability to adjust expiration period while approving requests with an auto-calculated expiration period. 
            Administrative Cancel Request Gives user ability to delete draft requests or cancel In Progress requests. User must also have View All Requests privilege. 
             Block Organization Gives user capability to block organization(s) from being added as a recipient on a request.
            Create Questionnaire Gives user capability to create requests. Part of default submitter role. 
            Create Tasks Gives user ability to see the Tasks link in the left navigation bar on the main Gateway landing page. Also, gives user ability to see the Tasks tab in the Action Items table. Gives user capability to create tasks in the system.
            Edit EDD Gives user capability to order new EDD reports, view past reports, and upload reports. 
            Edit All Tasks Gives user ability to see the Tasks link in the left navigation bar on the main Gateway landing page. Also, gives user ability to see the Tasks tab in the Action Items table. Gives user capability to update, cancel, or reopen any tasks that are in Draft, In Progress, Completed, or Canceled status.
            Edit FMV Gives user capability to edit or update FMV profile in Master Data.
            Edit Master Data Gives user capability add, edit, or update Master Data.
            Edit Third-Party Questionnaire Gives Third Party users access to the system to only see third party questionnaires assigned to them
            Edit Users  Gives user capability to add, remove, or change roles and privileges for all users.
            FMV Profile - Submitter Gives user capability to profile or reprofile an individual. 
            FMV Profile - View Only Gives user capability to FMV profiles and rates. User will not have the ability to profile or reprofile any individuals. 
            Preview Party Tasks Gives user capability to see the tasks table from the profile page for a Third Party.  The user will be able to open task details for any task where this user is a task creator or task assignee.
            Preview Request Tasks Gives user capability to preview all tasks in the tasks table (created by other users) but not open details.
            Reassign Approvers Gives user capability to reassign approvers with a request. The user can reassign approvers to any user in the system as long as that approver hasn't taken action on the request that is being reassigned.
            Reassign Submitter Gives user capability to reassign submitter with a request. The user can reassign submitter to any user in the system as long as the request is not in Draft, Rejected, Canceled or Approved status
            Resolve Screening User is able to view screening results, screening history, and resolve screening results. 
            Send DDQ Gives user capability to send DDQ to a Third-Party.
            View All Request Tasks Gives user capability to see and open the details for any task created in a request and assigned to any user.
            View All Requests Gives user access to the View All Requests tile within Admin link and the capability to view all requests in the system. 
            View All System Tasks Gives user capability to see ALL tasks in the system.
            View Campaigns Gives user ability to view active/inactive campaigns. 
            View EDD Gives user capability to view EDD reports, but not take action.
            View FMV Gives user ability to view Individual's FMV Profile in Master Data
            View Insights Gives user access to Insights link to view Insights dashboards.
            View Master Data Gives user access to the Master Data tile within Admin link and the capability to view all Master Data in the system.
            View My Request Tasks Gives user capability to see and open any task assigned to you to see the details. Part of the default submitter role. 
            View Questionnaire Gives user capability to view DDQs within Third-Party profiles.
            View Request Gives user capability to view requests. Part of the default Approver role. 
            View Screening  User is able to view screening results and screening history, but not take action.
            View Settings Gives user capability to view individual user settings and select system language
            View Tasks Page Gives user ability to see the Tasks link in the left navigation bar on the main Gateway landing page. Also, gives user ability to see the Tasks tab in the Action Items table.
            View The Engagement Risk Score Gives the user the capability to view the risk score assigned to a Third-Party engagement.
            View Users Gives user capability to view system users in read-only mode. 
             
             

            Task Privileges

            Privilege Name Description
            Create Tasks Gives user ability to see the Tasks link in the left navigation bar on the main Gateway landing page. Also, gives user ability to see the Tasks tab in the Action Items table. Gives user capability to create tasks in the system.

            Privilege Name Description
            Resolve Screening User is able to view screening results, screening history, and resolve screening results. 
            View Screening  User is able to view screening results and screening history, but not take action.
             
             

            FMV Privileges

            Privilege  Description
            Edit FMV Gives user capability to edit or update HCP FMV profile in Master Data.
            FMV Profile - Submitter Gives user capability to profile or reprofile an individual. 
            FMV Profile - View Only Gives user capability to FMV profiles and rates. User will not have the ability to profile or reprofile any individuals.
