If your organization uses SSO (Single Sign-on) you must login through SSO, which is the on the left side of the login screen. The right side of the login is used for external users who do not have access to SSO

Please contact your organization's User Admin if you are having issues or questions about logging in through SSO.

When using SSO/SAML authentication, user identifier attributes sent by your Identity Provider (IdP) — such as email address or user ID — must remain consistent across all login events. Our authentication provider treats these values as case-sensitive and uses them to map users to existing accounts.

Changes to attribute values, including differences in capitalization (for example, john.smith@company.com vs. John.Smith@company.com), may cause authentication conflicts or login failures because the system may interpret the user as a different identity.

If your organization plans to modify SSO attribute mappings, naming conventions, domains, or formatting rules, please contact our Support team in advance. We can help review the changes and perform any required cleanup or migration activities to prevent user login disruptions.
