Why is my Bulk Screening template rejected?

            Once your Bulk Screening Template file is uploaded, the system checks to ensure it's formatted correctly. If the system is giving you an error message, please check your file for the following:

            Required Fields:

            • Name field is Required
            • Is Organization? field is Required
            • Ongoing Screening? field is Required
            •  Country field is Required

            Additionally, template files must follow the rules below:

            • Invalid or Duplicate Lextegrity ID's
            • File cannot contain commas in the Name field
            • Responses other than Yes/No in the Is Organization? and Ongoing Screening? fields
            • Country code MUST be entered in the format contained within the drop-down menu. The ISO Codes tab within the template contains all of the codes used to populate the dropdown list in the County column. Do not attempt to make any changes to the list.

            If the template is correct, but you are still having issues, we suggest limiting the template to 50 parties. Any more than 50 may cause a timeout error.
