Data API
The Approval & Disclosures and Third-Party Management tools extensively use data to enable true compliance controls. A key example is tracking Master Data, which allows users to view consolidated data across submitters, approvers, and recipients of financial benefits from an organization. While this data is powerful by itself in application, connecting the data into downstream procurement, financial, contracting, or CRM systems provides enhanced end-to-end controls around payments, which other compliance workflow tools cannot do.
The Data API enables customers to access and obtain available underlying request response data, which can be used to populate downstream systems. The data points will be the same as the data extracts, but once connected, customers can access their data in real-time. Additionally, a webhook is available to proactively notify of data changes, prompting customers to call the API for specific data points as needed.
