How to Edit and Save a Recipient with a Service Fee

First, make sure you have already added a support category for the service fee. Next, click Add Consultant and select the Recipient Type from the dropdown list.

The add consultant modal will open.
Begin typing the name of the consultant into the Full Name field. Once the list populates, select the consultant from the drop-down menu.

After selecting a consultant from the dropdown list, the HCP contact details should populate along with the FMV specialty, tier, and rate.
Note: If the FMV information hasn't populated, you may need to submit a separate request for FMV Profiling.

After you have completed all the Contact Details and questions, click Next or click the Support Categories tab at the top of the modal.

To add the service fee support category, click the Plus Sign to the far right.

To edit the support category, click the Pencil Icon.

You can now move forward with making changes.
Once you are finished with your edits, click the Green Checkmark to save your changes.

To finish, click Save and Close in the bottom right of the add consultant modal.
NOTE: If the Save and Close button is grayed out, ensure the green checkmark is clicked, as shown in the previous step.

Your consultant and assigned service fee will now be added to the request.
