            Question Review Request and Associated Task Listings How do I export or download data from Reporting Insights?

            The Checklist Metrics Dashboard is a consolidated view of Live and Virtual Monitoring requests to track request volume, activity types, submission trends over time, observations, and follow-up actions. At a glance, you can review overall monitoring activity and identify patterns, such as increases in submissions, common monitoring activities, or frequently triggered remediation or follow-up tasks.

             

            The Checklist Metrics Dashboard tracks:

            • Total Requests.
            • Requests by Subtype.
            • Submissions over time. 
            • Tasks by type.
            • Task tags.
            • Request listing.
            • Associated task listing.

            Click the Hamburger () Icon in the top right of the dashboard to apply filters to the data, such as request ID, activity status, latest submission date, or assignee.

            You can also use elements in the dashboard as filters. For example, you can click “Remediation” in the Tasks Type chart to filter the entire dashboard. This means the charts on the dashboard will only display data on Remediation tasks. To clear the filter, click “Remediation” again.

            Question Review

            You can analyze responses from monitoring questionnaires in the Question Review. When you load the Checklist Metrics dashboard for the first time, the Question Review section will be blank. To add questions to the dashboard, click the Question Selection () button.

            In the Questions menu, click either the question or the checkbox beside it. Then, select Set as Question 1, 2, 3, or 4 in the pop-up. You can see responses for up to 4 questions at a time.

            When you have finished selecting questions, close the Question menu to see the response data. You can click a response in the Question Review to drill down into a question's responses and filter the dashboard.

            To see these questions the next time you open the Checklist Metrics dashboard, click the Save Custom View button in the dashboard footer.

            Request and Associated Task Listings

            You can see the Request and Associated Task Listings tables for more details on each request or task. Click a request or task to open it in a new tab or window, filter the dashboard by this request or task, or exclude it from the dashboard.

            How do I export or download data from Reporting Insights?

            Several icons are located at the bottom of each dashboard. See more information on these options and how they work in the chart below.

            Icon Description
            Undo the last action. 
            Redo the last change you removed with the undo button.
            Reset the entire dashboard back to the default state.
            Not currently used, as all data refreshes run on a schedule.
            Pause updates to the dashboard. This is useful if there are a number of filters that you want to enter without the dashboard updating in between each. 
            When you pause update, the button changes to the resume button. Click the Resume button to apply any filters that were changed while updates were paused.
            Not currently used.
            Save or view custom views.  For example, if you need to routinely filter the Transaction Country to only Canada, you can apply that filter on the dashboard and then click this button to save it as a custom view. Then, you can set it as your default view, so, whenever you load the saved view in the dashboard, it is filtered to Canada by default. If you create multiple custom views, use this button to cycle between them. 

            Note: While Custom Views are a convenient way to save your filter and view settings for future use, they are not guaranteed to persist across future dashboard updates. We recommend using them as a helpful tool for short-term convenience rather than a permanent or critical workflow component.
            To ensure continuity, please consider documenting key filter selections to reference in the event that they need to be recreated.
            Download the dashboard in a variety of formats.
            Open the dashboard in Full Screen mode. Press Esc on your keyboard to exit full-screen mode.

            How Do I Export or Download Data From Reporting Insights?

            To download data, select Download at the bottom of the dashboard.

            Next, select Crosstab. 

            Depending on which dashboard you are viewing, there may be multiple options available to download data. Check the following tables to see the crosstab to download for each dashboard. Once you select the Crosstab data (for example, Approvals Listing), select CSV as the format.
