How to add/edit FMV values within an existing HCP profile

First, enter Master Data Management by clicking on Admin from the left navigation pane and then clicking the corresponding tile.

Next, click on the HCP/GO and Other tab.

Select or search to select the profile that you wish to edit. Click on the name of the HCP to open their profile.

After clicking on the HCP's profile, click the Edit button.

Next, edit and or add FMV Details.

            Click, Save and Close.

How do I choose “Not Specified” as a tier and/or specialty?

If you wish to have Specialty and Tier default to “Not Specified," you will need to leave those fields blank within Master Data Management.

In this example, FMV details are blank within the HCP's profile.

Currency, Rate, and Effective date have been added.

Once the changes are saved, the Specialty and Tier will be saved as Not Specified.

            FMV Effective Dates

When choosing an FMV effective date, you can choose today's date or a past date to reflect the rate.

If you choose a future date, the rate will not be reflected within a request until that date.
