Approvals & Disclosures Making Changes on a Request Post-Submission

After a request has been submitted, changes can still be made prior to full approval. Certain changes can be made after full approval as well.
Click the links below for instructions depending on whether the changes you are trying to make are In Progress or in an Approved request.
Note: Annual Conflict of Interest (ACOI) requests cannot be updated, changed, or canceled.
